Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Once a payment is made through the payment gateway, it is non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

1. Multiple Charges:
If the customer’s card/bank account is debited multiple times due to a technical error or if the account is debited with an excess amount in a single transaction due to a technical error, the excess amount (excluding payment gateway charges) will be refunded to the customer.

2. Unsuccessful Enrolment:
If a technical error causes the payment to be charged to the customer’s card/bank account, but the enrolment for the examination is unsuccessful, the customer may request a refund. In such cases, the refund amount will be the net amount after deducting payment gateway charges or any other applicable charges.

To request a refund, the customer must submit an application along with the transaction number and the original payment receipt (if generated during the payment process).
